It was a long weekend in KL. Three days straight due to Public Holiday.
Decided to cook for my little family of four. Yes. FOUR! :)
Ingredients :
Chicken:
4-6 pcs medium cut chicken
Tumeric & Salt for flavour and frying.
Red Sauce:
To Blend:
4-5 Dry Red Chilli
1 Red Onion
1-2 pc Garlic
2 pc Tomato
1.5 inch Ginger
While Cooking:
1 cup of Tomato puree
1-2 Tbsp Gula Melaka
Salt
Final touch:
1 pc Tomato cut into 4
1 pc Holland Onion-diced
1) Firstly fry the chicken of course!
2) Heat another pan with cooking oil, put in all the blended ingredients with the tomato puree. Stir fry until the oil breaks between the ingredients and oil.(they call it pecah minyak.lol)
3) Add fried chicken and cook for 5 mins.Then the flavours (Gula Melaka & Salt)
4) In another 3 mins, add the final touch of tomato cut and holland onion.
Done!
