Getting pregnant and week by week updates.
Hi all,
On our first year anniversary month, I've been surprised by a fact that I'm pregnant. This is the best gift for our wedding anniversary as well as our birthdays!
How I found out that I'm pregnant.
I only knew I'm pregnant at week 6. Due to my irregular menstrual cycle since high school, I don't really much care. My doctor kept saying it's okay and normal. Just avoid being stress.
I sent Mom at the airport that day, and I feel a bit nausea and super uncomfortable. I immediately went to the nearest restroom and vomited. I do start thinking and planting my mind, what if I'm pregnant? So, I decided to clear up my mind by buying upt at the Guardian.
Back at home, I did the test but the result was negative.
One week later, as I get back home from the office, I realise I've been super exhausted, tired and sleepy! Even without taking my shower, I can actually fell asleep like nobody business. Pheww.
One day, I started feeling weird, and curios. What if the test I did last week turn out positive?
Luckily, I still haven't cleared the dustbin yet. So, there you go. The test actually turn out positive. I was shaking and nervous.
I decided to do another test using the ClearBlue digital test the next morning. The wait finally over, "Pregnant, 3+".
I went to the doctor to confirm my pregnancy. I went back home with a piece of ultrasound photo of our little precious. Now, it's time to surprise my husband.
He came back home without any single clue. We had our dinner as usual. As I'm about to sleep, I told him that I've an early birthday gift for him. He look like he don't really mind, he just mention that why trouble myself to get him a gift. As he open the bag, he's mumbling all funny-funny things. And as he saw the photo frame and upt tests he was in utter shock and ask me non-stop question, "You're pregnant?" "Is it true?" "Is this for real?".
He can't hold himself, so he break the news to both out family. Such a bless. Alhamdulillah.

Last Saturday was my very first visit to Singapore. It was an unplanned trip and very random.
So, I would like to share some tips and tricks to survive JB-Singapore by car.
1) Check your passport.
Check your passport expiry date and don't forget to bring this crucial item!
2) Money (s$1-RM 2.75)
You should prepare at least s$10 before entering the border. It is compulsory to own an Autopass in Singapore. After the custom check as Singapore border, there will be a place for you to buy before cross through. Don't worry, people there very-very helpful. I manage to convert my money at Senai Airport. You can also find a lot of money exchange shop in Singapore. Don't worry!
(In case of emergency, you can call your bank or credit card hotline to update your international withdrawal.)
3) Custom
At Malaysian custom, they will check your passport and that's it. At the end of the bridge, at Singapore custom there will be another passport check and please not to forget to ask for white form before you get to the custom. Sometimes, there will be few people standing at the center passing the white form for you to fill in. Once your're in, there will be another section where you can declare item. But if there're nothing to declare you can just pass through after they check your car.
4) Autopass.
Very important. Refer 2. Must top-up at least s$10.
5) Voila, you are now in Singapore!
Drive carefully and respect other people here. They totally have different speed limit as compared to Malaysia. There're cameras everywhere. EVERYWHERE.
5) Roaming.
If you're not familiar with the roads, instead of referring the map, you can switch on your phone roaming and on you Waze apps! You're basically safe by now.
6) Parking.
To enter most of the covered parking, they will us Autopass. Remember to top up at any 7-Eleven. You can also get the parking coupon here for open air parking.
7) Take photos.
If you can't remember well, just take photos of the road or parking bay area for you to find. Well at least, you can ask around.
8) Public transport.
Here, everything super convenient. You can park your car and just ride the bus or taxi or train! You don't have to spend so much time looking for parking space especially at unfamiliar place.
9) Train.
I commute using train when I was here. I parked my car at Landmark Hotel,Bugis Rd, it's a building next to Sultan Mosque and very close to Zam Zam Restaurant. You can purchase the ticket at the machine provided there or you can also ask some suggestion from the staff regarding the one day pass.
10) Singapore-JB.
Well, everything should be very easy. At the border, make sure there enough balance in your Autopass card. They will charge you s$3.20 x 2 for their in and out toll.Other than that, if you enter at ERP time, you will be charge flat rate of s$5.00. Custom will check you passport before you can cross to Malaysia. At Malaysia custom, they will check again thoroughly you passport and you car if there any item need to be declare.
That's it.
